Overall, we do try to keep to ingredients that are easy to purchase. But when you're just starting out, your pantry costs may be a little higher because you will likely need to buy new ingredients you don't have.
We try to minimize food waste and aim to use similar ingredients each week, or help you use up ingredients on-hand. We also try to use the same pantry ingredients over and over again, so that you’re not filling up on single-use items.
There may be some items that need to be purchased from a health food store or online store, such as liquid stevia extract, for example - a sweetener alternative.
