Our meal plans are low carb designed for better blood sugar control so they don't include common staples like bread, rice, pasta, noodles, potatoes and so forth. Quite simply because these foods don't facilitate good blood sugar control.
However, we try to provide easy tasty meals that everyone loves. And since we provide 4 lunches and 4 dinners each week, there is plenty of variety to inspire.
