Occasionally it does happen - for some reason you won't receive the login details. So here's what to do if that's happened to you.
STEP 1: Go to the Members Site Login page.
STEP 2: Click on the "Lost Your Password" link.
Step 3: Enter the email you just made your purchase with. Note: You would have been auto-registered with the email you entered during checkout.
Step 4: Check your email for the "reset password" link. Subject line: "Your membership password reset request." Click on the link inside the email to reset your password.
Step 5: Set your new login password.
You can either let the form auto-generate a password, then hit the "Reset Password" button.
Or, you can enter your own password; then hit the "Reset Password" button.
Final step: Go back to the Members Login page and use your username (your email) and your new password to login.
