Find your transaction receipt, which contains your order ID number and a link to manage your subscription. NOTE: If you are on a monthly subscription, you will receive a transaction receipt every month.
Click on the link to open your management gateway.
Insert your email and transaction ID number.
When you go through to the next page, you will see "Subscription State" and next to it you will see "Active" and a link to "cancel' subscription."
