Both breakfasts and snacks can be two meals where we’re used to grabbing high carb foods - breakfast cereal, toast, crackers, crisps etc. But, there are always options and alternatives!
As a member you have access to a breakfast and snack selection, which we are constantly adding new recipes to.
To add breakfasts and snacks to your plans, Login to the Members site and follow these 5 steps.
Step 1: Save your weekly meal plan to the smart meal planner.
Step 2: Navigate to the breakfast or snacks selection, browse and select your meals.
Step 3: Use the 'meal plan icon' to add meals to your meal planner.
After you click on the meal plan icon, select your date and the course you want to add it to, and you'll find it over in your smart meal planner.
Step 4: Make any further adjustments to your meal plan - watch this short video on changing, removing or altering the plans in the smart meal planner.
Step 5: Print your recipes and meal plan, generate your shopping list and you've now got your completed plan ready to go!
