Due to technical issues early in 2018, DMP switched over to a new system. In that process we also had to switch over to a new shopping cart system. Therefore, if you joined as a VIP member before January 16, 2018, your active subscription was lost. Of course, your membership was not cancelled, but in order to maintain all the benefits of your VIP Membership, you will need to renew your account.
How to Renew in 5 Easy Steps
Step 2: Click on "Subscriptions."
Step 3: Click on the "Change Plan" link on the right
You will see a pop-up box appear. You will see only one plain available in the dropdown selection. You will be upgrading from VIP Member (Legacy) to VIP Meal Planner.
Step 4: Click on the "Select Plan" button
From the pop-up box there is only one plan available. If you still have time left on your current membership, that will be prorated into your payment. So if you have 20 days left, your next billing date will be 12 months, plus 20 days.
Step 5: Choose your payment method (Stripe or Paypal) via the checkout, and click on "Sign Up" to complete your payment details and renew your membership
Your membership will now auto-renew each year.
I thought my existing annual membership would just automatically renew?
We apologize for this inconvenience, but if you joined before January 16, 2018 your active subscription was lost, due to DMP having to move to a new system.
Once you renew, you will be on an annual subscription so next year you won't have to manually renew again.
Will I lose time off my membership if I renew early?
No. If you use the "Change Plan" link from your Account page, your membership with prorate. This means if you have 20 days left, you will not be charged for your renewal until 20 days.So if you have 20 days left, your next billing date will be 12 months, plus 20 days.
You maintain the 20 days you already have on your membership and don't lose any time.
