If you're a new member, it's highly recommended that you spend an hour or so browsing the members website, so you can get to know all the features and benefits available to suit your needs.
Overall though, the website is easy to navigate. Let's just walk through where everything is.
At the top of the website you'll find the navigation bars, and from here you can find everything you need.
Visit the dropdown links under "Help" to find additional info and resources on using the members site, or when you're having site access issues, such as needing to reset your password.
From the "Dash" you can visit the most popular areas of the members site.
Use the login form to enter your username and password so you can enter the members site and view your meal plans and other exclusive members only content.
When you are not logged in to the members site, the link at the top will display "LOGIN."
Once you are logged in, the link will display "Logout."

If you need to reset your password, use the "Forgot Password" link under the login form.
From your "Account" page, you can self-service your subscription and personal details.
Update your personal details or change your password.
Under the "Subscriptions" link you can:
- Find details about your subscriptions or programs you've purchased.
- View the expiry date of your subscription.
- Find your next billing date
- Update your credit card details
- Renew a VIP Legacy Membership (for members who joined before Jan 16, 2018).
- Cancel your subscription
Under the "Payments" link you can view your previous transactions.

When you login to the members site, you will be automatically redirected to "Weekly Plan." This is where you will find each weeks new menu.
Navigate to "Archives" to view the past 8 weeks of meal plans where you can browse, or return to previous meal plans if you want to revisit something.
NOTE: The "View More Archives" link at the bottom, is only available to VIP Members and Weekly Meal Plan subscribers who joined with bonus access. On a regular Weekly Meal Plan subscription, only 8 weeks of archives are accessible at any given time.
The "Meal Planner" links you to the smart meal planner, where you can alter your plans or create your own. As you swap, change or add meals, your nutrition facts will calculate automatically.
Weekly Meal Plan Subscribers
Access the "Breakfast" and "Snacks" selection from the dropdown menu under "Recipes."
Access all the recipe categories from the dropdown under "Recipes." Or, click on the "Recipes" link to search the entire recipe database.
Under "Resources" you can find some very helpful things.

For help on prepping different ingredients.
2. The Cooking Glossary
If you don't know what an ingredient is, or need to know more about an ingredient, visit the Cooking Glossary where you will find everything listed in alphabetical order.
3. Members Library
The "Members Library" contains hundreds of scientifically-researched type 2 diabetes/prediabetes specific information you can search through by category.
4. Food Lists & Resources
Find a range of downloadable lists at your disposal.
Under "Me" from the top navigation, you'll find handy things you can use.
1. My Favs
When you try recipes you love, bookmark them by clicking on the "Heart Icon."
They will then be bookmarked so you can access them anytime.
2. My Shopping List
The "My Shopping List" goes to a separate shopping list that is not connected to the weekly plans. It's useful for when you want to create a shopping list from one or a few different recipes.
To use the feature, simply click on the "Cart Icon" from any recipe or recipe grid.
Your meals will be added to your shopping list, where you can print them out. You can also save your shopping lists here as well.

3. Submit My Recipe (VIP Members Only)
If you have meals you love to cook at home and would like to be able to add them to your plans, click on "Submit My Recipe" where you will find a submission form.
Fill out the form details and submit it to us. We will enter it correctly into our system and provide the nutrition data. After that you can find your recipes under "Member Recipes."
4. VIP Chat Area (VIP Members Only)
The chat area gives you the opportunity to talk to other members, share your kitchen creations, or ask questions and get help if you need to.
MENUS (VIP Members Only)
You can access menu selections from "Menus" in the top navigation. These menus provide a selection of collections we used to have available to the public. Since moving to weekly meal plans, we no longer sell them separately, but you may enjoy searching the collections.
CLASSES (VIP Members Only)
Under "Classes" you can view our range of Masterclasses and programs, which we will keep building on each year.
The Low Carb Breads Masterclass provides a huge selection of breads, pastries, crackers etc.
The 30 Day Turnaround Program is our step-by-step nutrition and eating program and will help clear up any food confusions, if you have them.
